Orders can be placed online via the website, by email to karen@baxtermurray.co.uk or by phone on 0044(0)28 9047 1310.
Please remember to give the delivery address with a contact
name and telephone number. If the invoice address is different
or you work with purchase orders please also include these
details. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are subject
to vat at the current rate.

Lead Time
We will always aim to deliver on your requested date but would
ask that your order and artwork be confirmed a minimum of two weeks
prior to dispatch. Allow three weeks for a bespoke item.
If you need your order in a hurry give us a call and
we'll try to accommodate you! |

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on all orders in excess of 750 lollipops or
£250.00 within Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
Delivery for smaller orders is £13.00 + vat. For all other delivery
destinations please call for a quotation.
All chocolates will be dispatched in the necessary protective packaging
to ensure they arrive safely. |

Payment
For account customers our terms are strictly 30 days from
date of invoice.
All other orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
We can accept payment by BACS, cheque, credit (MasterCard/Visa)
or debit card. Credit and debit card payments incur a 2% fee. |

Pricing
Where relevant all prices are inclusive of bespoke mould
set-up and personalised print. Bespoke moulds and personalised
prints are produced from customer supplied 'print ready
artwork.' |

Supplying Artwork
To achieve the best quality moulds and personalised prints, please
send artwork files in PDF or EPS files that have a resolution of at
least 300 dpi and are a minimum size of 10x10 cms.
We can supply artwork templates for all lollipop cards, bar
wrappers and truffle boxes that are available in our chocolate shop.

All artwork supplied must be based as CMYK. |

Late and lost - dispatch
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us
and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you
to follow it with Parcel Force.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until at least 20
working days after the date of despatch this is when Parcel
Force class items as being lost.
Baxter Murray Creative Chocolate cannot be held responsible for
goods that are lost or delayed in transit. |
